• Responsible for providing daily catering service (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for 6 main nationalities (6 different food menus) in time frame without fail in 14 Factory canteens and Housing facilities.
• Responsible for operating Admin. Building canteen with its kitchen which serves the senior staff.
• Responsible for operating the central kitchen with production of meals for 2200 employees on daily basis.
• Responsible for supervising and coordinating with the Catering service operator and managing all the operations with coordinating with there site manager.
• Arranging VIP parties and special events ordered by the top management.
• Keep control on proper sanitation, waste disposal, Pest Control; maintain cleanliness & tidiness in kitchen & all the service sites / service areas. Maintain hygienic & food safety standards & producers at Kitchen & mess hall, factory canteens, housing canteens & other catering service sites and Monitor compliance of Catering company employees’ health, qualification of Catering employees.
• Investigate and solve received complaints regarding catering service issues & and make corrective action.
• 'Meet the nationalities food committee and following with the food committee MOM regarding food development and complaints (6 Nationalities).
• Conduct food safety and hygiene audit covering the total catering service sites and reviewing the opened old points from past audits and verify the corrective actions taken with food safety & operational standards.
• Designing and negotiating the terms and scope of the catering service contracts with the service providers.
• Directly reported to the General Service department Manager.
•Prepare program and conduct audits (restaurants, CPU, suppliers, cold storage, cooling facilities, etc.).
•Provides technical training to management and employees, regarding the adequacy of food safety program, pest control, operational methods and personnel practices, and maintenance for food safety and cleaning practices.
•Develop and update food safety manuals. Make presentations to and provide explanations of food safety documents to employees and client personnel as necessary.
•Plan and execute on-site educational food safety presentations.
•Provide growers with assistance in developing compliance strategies.
•Communicates verbally to management on the level of food safety existing at the facility.
•Prepares a written report for management, recapping all issues of observations and, if needed, corrective actions that should be taken.
•Ensures every department is following procedures as well as log keeping.
•Conduct food safety audits using ISO 22000 principles, HACCP and SOP instructions.
•Train personnel in food safety issues, write a report following the audit and ensures proper corrective actions time frame.
•Ensure all current certification requirements are met as well as the addition and/or compliance of any new required certification.
•Visit customers along with the sales team and provide any information when necessary.
•Lecture or participate in food safety conferences and seminars.
• Designing and implanting the company Q&HSE Management system.
• Training all our staff on the principles of occupational health, Safety and environmental control all sectors (Kitchen, housekeeping, warehouses, head office, dining areas and logistics )
• Full Supervision on all our job sites and Assure that all the work is running under hygienic and HSE standards
• Managing and control the HSE policy on the job sites and develops and monitors effective Risk Assessment management strategies and makes recommendations on the implementation of these strategies
• Assist with coaching of personnel in the operation of the process-based Q&HSE management system.
• Responsible for Q&HSE Awareness, Training and Improvement including food safety and HACCP system.
•Maintains accident statistics, analyses trends and propose and takes remedial action where necessary
•Investigates or arranges for all accidents and near-misses be investigated, prepares report of findings, including recommendations to prevent recurrence and implement approved course of action. Where necessary prepares reports to the enforcing authority and corporate safety as required by the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations.
• Analyzes and documents Audit Results and makes recommendations through routine visits and on job site auditing and inspection.
• Creates and maintains quality system documents and records, e.g. flowcharts, procedures, forms, template spreadsheets, presentations.
•Ensures, at minimum, legal compliance and reduce risk of non-compliance
•Identifies opportunities for continuous environmental improvement and implement programs to deliver it
Managing transportation journey plans and safe driving according to the safety standards and defensiveness driving technique.
• previous work experience with Bapetco, Khalda, Agiba, Suco HSE policies and requirements
• Sales, Marketing and establishing a supplying contracts for our QST-Products which they are specialized in food and feed analysis, Safety, production specifications, quality assurance and hygiene which include chemical, physical and microbiological analysis machines and kits using the most rapid and advanced technology to achieve the end product desired quality.
• Update targeted clients data base ( Food and feed producers, pharmaceutical manufacturers international organizations, Governmental and private food and feed analysis labs, Quality assurance companies and labs)
• Maintain a good relationship with our clients and ensure the full customer service quality and technical support under any circumstances.
• Translator from Arabic and English languages to Italian language. \n• Guest relationship officer. \n• Health and Hygiene supervision of kitchen and housekeeping and their facilities. \n• Full training in all hotel divisions
• Responsible for all imported meat and poultry Inspection and approval.
• Controlling all the legal requirements of the shipment (health and logistic points)
• Reporting all the new recommendations and researches of the FAO and WHO to my supervisors for controlling the food importation system and documents required.
• Handling the most of administrative work.
