1. Ensure that all relevant procedures, instructions, good manufacturing and maintenance practices are applied in daily work in order to ensure that daily production schedules, product quality, maintenance standards and other production performance objectives are met while maintaining brand security standards.
2. Collaborate with maintenance team in order to ensure all the maintenance activities are performed in order to minimize interruption of production. Leads Quality programs to ensure that the final product meets quality standards and includes measures to correct the process when it does not.
3. Lead, organize and control the work of the employees in the team, motivate and coach them in order to ensure objectives achievement, good working relations and employee’s development. Timely inform superior, colleagues about the events during the shift, discuss related problems and agree on action plans thus contribute to uninterrupted operation at required performance level.
4. Continuously and timely analyze available area of responsibility related activities data and KPI, and take adequate corrective actions or/and provide timely feedback and recommendations for corrective actions in order to ensure performance objectives achievement, support continuous improvement and best practices implementation.
5. In dedicated area ensure proper allocation of generated cost and controlling DIMs (direct and indirect materials).
6. Ensure that all the employees under responsibility attend to training activities based on the business/employee needs in order to improve the technical/operational skills and knowledge. Proposing incentive schemes to motivate people in order to achieve the production targets.
7. Use available motivating tools in order to engage entire workforce under direct supervision.
8. Collect, introduce in the factory reporting system the daily production data and ensure the required reports are made.
9. Ensure that all relevant EHS procedures and rules are communicated and followed by direct reports. Motivate them by example. Continuously strive for risk-free and healthy working environment within the own area of responsibility, seeking to ensure compliance to legal, EHS policies and procedures, avoid accidents, occupational illnesses and losses. Monitor adherence and promote employees' commitment to EHS rules, policies and procedures and encourage Safe behavior. Continuously evaluate and foster positive EHS attitude of direct reports.
1. Issue process sheets, torque lists, material lists and content sheet per station per model (Production Line Technical Documentation) according to Mercedes-Benz standards.
2. Update, modify, revise and Maintain all production line technical documentation, which are issued by the section.
3. Ensure that all car production-related processes are done according to valid and updated line documentation.
4. Assure correct implementation of the existing process sheets as well as related alterations/modifications.
5. Update, modify, and revise work instructions for production line.
6. Provide technical support to production line, especially in case of technical problems, through contact with DAG.
7. Study, investigate and support continuous improvement process over all the plant areas with the involved parties.
8. Support new projects.
9. Perform line and processes optimization and balancing using motion and time study techniques.
10. ERP system support.

6. Review production and work orders to plan operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet the required delivery dates.
7. Monitor production line to observe operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
8. Revise and develop standard processes and working practices and observe operators to ensure compliance with these standards.
