•Coordinates with regional Hr teams to generate fortnightly Headcount reports and vacancies reports.

• Places advertisement for various positions whenever necessary, to get the best pool of candidates and conducts preliminary interviews to filter candidate base

•Maintains and coordinates Manpower planning with various functions for full understanding of their Recruitment requirements to ensure a timely and a coordinated process.
•Coordinates with external Recruiting Agencies (Head Hunters, Job Sites) for wider search and timely availability of qualified candidates.
• Coordinates with successful candidates and follows-up responses to Employment Offers.
Ensures complete employee documentation by orienting successful applicants to complete company required documents prior to coming on board.
•Responsible for the induction program for new employees.
•In coordination with regional HR teams, track the probation period completion of new employees and ensure that probation reviews are done properly and in a timely manner.
