Execution and monitoring of all electromechanical works in the site with every details and continuity.
• Planning and organizing the work efficiently (site facilities) in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Ensure that all works performed and materials supplied to the site are compliance with the specifications, approved drawings, and project contract.
• Ensure that all works executes in timely manner and according to approved time schedule
• Sure that all works implemented according to the safety, Health and environmental procedures.
• Familiarize the Executive manager for any problems may occur which causes delays with the analysis of these causes and propose how to deal with it.
• Participating in all technical meetings and solution of technical problems.
• Preparing periodic and progress reports.
• Supervising on performing paper works of the project and reviews it in collaboration with the QA / QC Engineer in the project.
• Performing quantity surveying and checking quantities and cost control for all executed works.
• Updating project plans to include agreed changes.

• Al-Iman (200 bed) hospital, Riyadh.
• Prince Salman (200 bed) hospital, Riyadh. Duties and responsibilities:
• Design Review.
• Technical shop drawing preparation for the following system.
- Medium voltage system (switch gear, cables, and transformer)
- Low voltage system (MDB, SMDB, DB, ATS, cables, and bus way).
- Single line diagram.
- lighting system (internal &external)
- Power system (normal, emergency, and UPS).
- Earthling and lightening system.
- Cable tray and trunk system.
- Low current system (fire alarm, CCTV, tel/data, MATV, public address, clock
, nurse call, and BMS).
- Mechanical system (AHU, chiller, FCU, Exaust Fan, ….), Coordination drawing.
• Material submittal approval.
• Ensure the implementation of Electrical Works according to approval drawings.
• Prepare Methods of Statement for and ITPs all system
• Issuing Daily, weekly, and Monthly reports of Electrical works on site.
• Evaluate the sub contractor performance regarding to the planned schedule.
• Assistance for procurement department.
• Contact and coordinate with the suppliers for material purchasing.
• Make purchase orders as per the approved technical submittal, project SPECSand Budget.

• Technical shop drawing for (Lightning, Earthing, Dimming, CCTV, SMATV, Access control, Power system layout, Data&Telephon, Fire Alarm, Audio/Video)
• Load Schedules and Drop voltage calculation.
• Material submittal preparation
• Technical meeting with suppliers
• Site activities control
• Preparing variation orders
• Provide support to Foremen to ensure contract specifications requirements are met.
• Coordinate all resources to ensure project execution and completion as per agreed budget.
• Responsible to the Construction Manager for his section of works being done as per safety and quality standards.
• Implement safe working practices as per the Company's Health and Safety procedures.
• Ensure that Work Procedures and Method Statements for all work activities are prepared and followed during work execution.
• Liaise with the concerned Foremen to ensure that all labor, materials and equipment are available when required.
• Ensure that correct work processes are implemented to ensure work completed is as per specifications.
• Ensure that work is constructed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Notify the QA/QC Engineer and Client's representative when work is to be progressed for their joint inspection.
• Encourage, promote and maintain safe site working practices.
• Review Plant, Labor and Material allocations and advice Project Manager of any potential problems.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Infrastructure for telecommunication works including telecom manhole and telecom conduits installation
• Workshop drawing for street lighting and high masts
• Drop voltage calculation
• Design and construction for substations of 11 transformers
• Medium voltage cable installation between substations
• Design the distribution panel to control the street lighting
• Deal with consultant and Riyad Municipality.
