 *Ensures that medical appointment rescheduling and deletion is appropriate before making the deletion.
 Makes sure that the confidentiality of patient/relative data and medical information is under control.
 *Responsible for providing a procedure whereby security codes and password will be maintained by staff confidentiality.
 *Ensures that essential patient services are maintained, and to ensure self-disciple. Also to ensure that the members of the department are presentable and professional in their appearance.
 *Ensures that the doctors are properly documenting the entire patient’s data in the computer.
 *Approves patient discounts and refund, if unsatisfied of the service received.
 *Member of daily steering committee meeting.
