*Responsible for effective management of clinical services in the Outpatients including but not limited to medical laboratories, pharmaceutical, imaging, rehabilitation, and therapeutic divisions.
*Works include the development of adequate managerial system for control, developing policies and procedures covering all areas of responsibility and monitoring to assure safe and efficient response to the area.
*Provides equipment supports to all outpatient service areas. Trouble-shoot patient problems with full satisfaction.
*Manages Physicians Outreach Program with proper scheduling and coordination.
*Responsible for releasing restricted systems including but not limited to giving discounts to Out-patients.
*Directs the activities of the technical support services department carrying out objectives.
*Directs and coordinates the polyclinics registrations, appointment and reception activities.
*Makes sure that registration and appointments documentation is obtained relating to identification, and ensures the completion of appropriate data for patient treatment.
*Responsible for the outpatients’ clinics operation, and staff orientation and on job training of new staff according to the hospital policies and procedures.
*Makes sure that the advice and guidance of patients and visitors are responding to inquires relating provision of Polyclinics, Radiology, Laboratory, X-Ray, Admission, Pharmacy, Medical Records, E.R., Physiotherapy and Cashier.
*Ensures that medical appointment rescheduling and deletion is appropriate before making the deletion.
Makes sure that the confidentiality of patient/relative data and medical information is under control.
*Responsible for providing a procedure whereby security codes and password will be maintained by staff confidentiality.
*Ensures that essential patient services are maintained, and to ensure self-disciple. Also to ensure that the members of the department are presentable and professional in their appearance.
*Ensures that the doctors are properly documenting the entire patient’s data in the computer.
*Approves patient discounts and refund, if unsatisfied of the service received.
*Member of daily steering committee meeting.
*Render other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
