- Responsible of All IT Operations for our companies “ Redington Sales - Ensure Services - Redington Distribution “ located in ( Egypt- Morocco- Lebanon- Jordon) .
- Attending IT Management regular meetings for status updates, reporting for new challenges in sites under responsibility.
- opening technical tickets, and resolve any technical issues
- training the users on their Apps
- Administering the network and systems infra structure
- maintaining any malfunctioned devices (desktops, laptops, Printers, scanners, network devices )
- checking day to day the backup plans, and make security check through our fire walls .
- Daily check for VOIP connectivity through Avaya Centrals in Each site.
- Make diagrams for Network Infrastructure to explain and describe the network devices locations.
- Daily Checking Our Firewall Connectivity is running well.
- Installing and Configuring Avaya Centrals trunks & IP phones, 3CX phone software.

Working as a part of Services support team ( out Source ) .
- every member resides in a separate client organization to support his Company I.T Service Needs.

- Make diagrams for Network Infrastructure to explain and describe the network devices locations.
