Manage accounting team, develop, analyze & track projects’ budget with actual Costs, internal Controls, check and manage all accounting tasks done my accounting team ( Bank, cash, reconciliations, receivables, Payables, LGs, LCs, invoicing, Collections, Payments approvals……etc)

revised and analyzed financial statements and managed board of director’s requests, managed taxes issues and payments , Made Feasibility Studies for new projects. managed the startup process of many companies under the same group, I created the accounting system with written SOPs and managed selling process of New Vision shares to IPE and it was done successfully.
Make Budget & Plan, cash flow, Variance Analysis, financial statements, admin matters of all projects and Taxes issues.
