1. Study the contract documents and evaluate their requirements.
2. Coordinate with the Design Engineer and the Planning Engineer and prepare all
the required documents for submittals, material procurement, progress evaluation
and cost control.
3. With the assistance of the Project Manager, evaluate the contract requirements for
each stage and determine the required material, manpower and equipment
necessary for the work execution.
4. Maintain records for the measured works as progressed at site and the procured
material and items.
5. Prepare monthly payments to be submitted to the Client with documented
quantities.
6. Prepare payments for subcontractors and suppliers.
7. Prepare decumentation for any changes or variations that may take place.
8. Monitor day-to-day quantities executed at site and check against material usage,
and report to Engineering Manager on wastage and over usages.
9. Identify possible extra items, variations and report to Deputy Project Manager.
10. Prepare proposals / cost calculation for alterations and variation orders.
11. Prepare and maintain all documents for potential claims and request for extension
of time.
