*Ensure the Procurement Process is running smoothly as planned.
*Follow up with Vendors in a way to prevent delay of material and to update COC department about any delivery deviations.
*Preparing all the documentation requirements, shipping procedures and legalization requirements for importation and Banking (LCs, DA etc.) to ensure smooth flow of paperwork and avoiding demurrage charges.
