I have more than 20 years of experience in general litigation and consultation practice. I draft and edit briefs and argues appeals in all areas of the law including litigation involving issued related to commercial and finance, real estate, shipping, insurance, banking, construction disputes, civil and criminal claims etc.
I have represented local and multinational companies and financial institutions in a variety of business disputes, ranging from civil, commercial and corporate matters to maritime and criminal issues.
I have extensive experience in construction and property development disputes and have handled complex construction litigation issues involving commercial & residential projects, high rise structures, hotels, apartment complex and major facilities projects. This includes representation of owner's general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals in claims litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
I have also represented insurers and insured in disputes under many different types of insurance policies including variety of complex coverage actions. Furthermore, I have extensive experience in a wide range of shipping litigation including cases involving insurance coverage disputes, salvage, collisions, cargo claims, demurrage claims, bill of lading disputes and maritime contracts.
I have served as plaintiff and defense counsel, representing corporations, banks and individuals in matters concerning a wide range of financial and banking claims.
I also have long and active practice in international and domestic arbitration. I have represented a wide range of financial and industrial clients in all forms of arbitration including disputes heard under the auspices of ADCCAC and DIAC.
I have participated in arbitrations in a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, construction, shipping, banking and financial, project engineering etc.
