Assist in weekly forecast of cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.

Prepare of treasury-related reports like cash flow projection and corporate loan reports.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Perform other financial responsibilities as and when required
Monitoring daily activity through the ERP system and various banking portals and investigating differences to expectations.
Reviewing the daily bank transactions and reporting of the Monthly bank reconciliation.
Ensuring that the company loans, derivatives and associated interest transactions are recorded in line with supporting agreements and trading documentation.
Maintaining the cash flow forecasts across bank accounts and foreign currencies Monthly revaluations on the bank accounts.
Maintaining the cash flow forecasts to meet the company needs in short and long terms.
Recording and issuing the daily international trade transactions and to be followed and reconciled with the bank.
Maintain intercompany loan documentation and interest calculations Applies some advanced skills and procedures appropriate for the position within assigned functional area
Ensuring high quality (consistency & accuracy) of allocated and daily transactions
Maintaining a good relationship and communications with our banks
