- responsible for 400KV Substation and 4x132 kv Substations in Iraq - Responsible for 11 Projects (one project under execution Phase and 10 Projects under close out phase) - Reporting to the Head of Project Controller - Responsible for managing and controlling the following: Project budget (actuals, commitments, CTC) - Cash in, out Actuals & forecast - cash flow curve - revenue, billing milestones actual recognition & forecast & billing to client - risk & opportunities analysis - bank guaranties - insurance - Hedging for receivables & payables foreign currencies -- Responsible for managing and validating the following in the ERP system (SAP): Budget update - billing - revenue milestones. - Responsible to work with the project managers to prepare and present the monthly project reviews. - Reconciling the overall project situation including the offshore portions (factories and internal suppliers) and presented in the quarterly Sector reviews.
Responsible for managing and controlling the following: Project Budget, Commitments and Actuals - Site Forecast and Cost to Complete - Manpower cost & Forecast - Cash-in & Cash-out Forecast - Monthly Cost Reports - Customer Billing and Related Relevant Reports - Cash Flow Reports - Monthly Financial Reports - Bonds Request via Bonga - Support Treasury and Hedging Function.
