• Manage and monitor the implementation of Vodafone health & safety policies with Access Network sites and all related activities
• Maintain compliance with Safety, health and environmental guidelines for all operational activities
• Manage the inspection process of all the safety tools used by the regional operation teams..
• Responsible for managing all elements of the H&S function, including annual operating plan, Audits from VF Group H&S management and corrective action closures.
• Review & monitor the implementation of Vodafone quality specifications by conducting monthly site audit visits.
• Develop and Implement the management system audit on all vendors and contractors.
• Responsible of Incident/Accident Investigations and corrective actions development plans
• Manage the implementation of VF-EG BTS Physical Security Policy.
• Develop the Base Transmission Station ( BTS) sites base line physical security standards on yearly bases
• Manage the implementation of the BTS security standards in all VFE sites.
• Manage the physical security Risk assessment management Process .
• Represents the owner for the acceptance of all VF constructed cell sites and responsible to manage the acceptance implementation with VFE main construction contractors, including decision making, completion of all deliverables and acceptance targets and monitoring of the contractor working progress and achievements.
• Ensure that constructed sites are delivered on time, within budget, quality and in compliance with Vodafone Specs and Standards.
• Responsible to maintain and enhance sites construction quality and to ensure the main contractor compliance with VF specifications and standards for all constructed cell sites.
• Develop and contribute in producing and updating VFE construction Standards and specifications to be applied in the deployment of the construction contract.
• Conduct Monthly presentation reflecting the contractor’s quality, way forward and progress
• Responsible to assess technically and commercially all and any extra construction works needed in VFE cell sites. Review & ensure the invoices and cost estimates according to the actual quantities and contract conditions
·Represent the main contractor for erection of ELBADRASHIN INDOOR Substation, EL MENIA WEST OUTDOOR Substation (66 Kv to 11 Kv)
·Monitored and supervised the erection of various concrete, steel and finishing works (66 KV & 11 KV switchyard, Control building, Tanks, Resident building, guard towers…etc)
·Conducted quantity surveying activities
·•Review the Quality control process related to drawings and design to ensure alignment with specification of the project scope and contract. Control the material quality control process and make sure the all project equipment and materials are matched to the project requirements.
