•Client: Saudi Railways Organization
•Consultant: Dar AL-Handasah Nature of work: - 1. setting out working areas and organizing facilities 2. Review the shop drawing of earthwork section and the concrete box culverts related to the site real condition. 3. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site 4. Prepare, review the contracts of subcontractor in order to (earthwork, Concrete culvert… . etc.) and make comparison for all the subcontractors to choose the best according his Qualification and price. 5. Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales 6. Review and supervisor the camps mobilization related to the project requirements. 7. Review and supervisor the project team to solve any problem facing us during the project period. 8. Prepare daily and weekly report which reflecting the project progress. 9. Release land acquisition with client which obstruct alignment of the project. 10. Coordinate with any department in the ministry to have authorized letter for the work (electric, water, telecommunication …etc.).
