- Planning & Follow up for Africa & Middle East power and telecom solutions
Projects.
- Preparing baseline schedules.
-Loading schedules with the budgeted cost & resources.
-Updating Schedule according to actual progress of works.
-Preparing (Weekly, Monthly) Reports.
-Following up Engineering submittals (Shop Drawings, Material&
method statement)
-Following up work progress & highlighting the delayed activities.
-Monitoring the actual cost Vs Planned
-Preparing preschedule for tenders

lots no.3& 13A - El Zahra Company for Agricultural Investment - Egypt
- Construction of 130 Km of 33 KV Overhead Line from Lumwana substation to the
