- Manage and lead the complete production operations with complete stuff of 125 Persons in production and maintenance and QC Department.
- Planning production schedule and SKU's to run, manpower requirements, machine assignment to achieve targets.

- Monitoring and controlling timely production and dispatch as per the targeted plan (both domestic and export) by planning changeovers among the different variants.

- Ensure compliance to all systems (SOPs) related to processing, production and packaging. Internal auditor for ISO team and a lead member of a team working on Critical Control Points (CCPs) for HACCP.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of assigned production lines, packing machines, raw and packing materials, manpower.
- Minimizing the down time of all the machines by proper preventive maintenance activities & spare parts management, synchronizing with Maintenance & Engineering stores department.
- Handling the Commissioning of new machines/equipment-packing machines (Euro sigma, Schib m/c's and ISHIDA m/c's); Mixers, Extruders.
- Handling in house projects for systematic flow of products / processes resulting in improving productivity and also reduction in market complaints.
