 Cash & Bank Management: Managing daily cash management & performing regular
bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between company records and bank
statements.
 Team Supervision & Invoicing Management: Supervising the accounts payable and
receivable functions, and managing complex invoices and resolving escalated billing
issues, approval of invoices as per agreed pricing etc.

 Budget Monitoring & Cost Analysis: Reviewed and approved purchase orders by
comparing them against project budgets, and conducted cost variance analysis for
imported materials to ensure cost efficiency.
 Payroll Compliance & Invoice approval: Verified salary and bonus calculations in line
with WPS requirements and prepared provisional end-of-service benefit estimates in
compliance with UAE labor laws and approving sales invoices as per agreed price and
variance analysis.

 Import Accounting & Cost Allocation: Led accounting for import purchases, including
cost sheet preparation, reverse charge mechanism, consignment clearing expenses,
and petty cash disbursements.
 Payment Processing & Reconciliations: Managed accounts payable processes,
prepared telegraphic transfers (TT) and trust receipts (TR) for foreign payments, and
performed regular bank reconciliations.
