Field Senior Instrument Project/Commissioning Technician
Project: Oil & Gas Station &Facility.
Review Technical Scope of Work and prepared materials, Tools and Equipment for Maintenance, calibration and Shutdown Jobs FOR Oil&GasPlant.
Supervise/Training and carried out Work with/From Contractors.
Track, update and report the Superior regarding Jobs, Material Requirement and ordering.
Supervise and Assist jobs for Other Department. Daily Maintain Logbook and Records.

My Duty was carry out the maintenance, repair calibration and functional tests of a variety of instruments, gauges, valves, and control loops in accordance with company standards, codes and practices. Carries out preventive and routine maintenance and functional tests in accordance with maintenance procedures on a variety of equipment and loops, ESDchecks.Worked on X-masTree, Choke Adjustment, Worked on Test Separators system and Autocon, Brisco, Baker, Otis, Barber, Betties Hydraulic/Gas System.Repair/Calibrate PSV’s.Can Do Wellheads Operator Job Also.
Field Instrument Technician. (9 grade)
Installing, configuration, calibrating, Pre commissioning, Commissioning, maintaining, control Instruments.(Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electronic).
Carries out repair and overhaul of process instrumentation. Includes repairing or overhauling instruments such as transmitters, controllers and transducers, VibrationMonitors (3300&3500 Series).also final Control Element.
Calibrates H2S gas detection system. Includes using toxic gas as a medium, calibrating sensing heads and control room indicators using multimeters and calibrating equipment.
Calibrates turbine control system. Includes calibrating turbine governor, temperature and vibration monitoring systems, and associated skid instruments using signal generator, millivolt source.Multimeter, pressure calibrator and temperature bath, etc.
Performs other similar or related duties such as providing assistance to other trades during the course of their duties.
Sr.Instrument Tech / (Asst.) Supervisor
During the construction & Pre commissioning, Commissioning period installation, tubing and calibration of various type of transmitters, Switches, controlValves, Vibration monitors, VIB.Probs of bentlynevada-3300 Analyzer instruments like Ph, Conductivity, Orp probes and transmitters, Loop checking of, DCS (RS-3, Rosemount) to Field device through Marshaling panel. On line faultfinding and troubleshooting of all plants instruments .SHIFTDUTY (Rotation). Routine maintenance jobs, troubleshooting and repair/calibrate, various field instruments for, boilers (thermax), DMwaterplant (Iron Exchange), ETP (Effluent Treatment) Citric acid plants.
Maintain logbook and arranging logic, schematic diagram and p&id in shift.

Doing the Preventive breakdown jobs and assist operation for plant startup activity, Pre commissioning & commissioning activity.
Calibrates process control instrumentation such as flow transmitters, controllers, recorders, current pressure transducers, control valves etc. Prepares calibration sheets, log book and work order report.
Carries out various kind of installation work. Includes installing or replacing electronic and pneumatic instrumentation including tubing and cabling as required. Covers also in-house projects
