1. Production planning as per the sales plan and daily dispatch requirements.
2. Planning of manpower and deciding the priority in executing the packing plan.
3. Planning of consumables, spares, and preventive maintenance.
4. Planning of additional requirements to improve the packing activities and
capacity utilization.
5. Monitor and ensuring internal & external functions of the department for smooth running of packing & dispatches for Availability of oil, packing material, Warehouse space dispatch vehicles, material handling equipments...etc.
6. Responsible for compliances of legal and internal audit, MIS reports and maintaining records.
7. Responsible for all packing, Packing materials, warehouse, loading & unloading, and dispatch activities.
8. Liable for the better cooperation of contractors and their claims.

8. To maintain HACCP & GMP‘s and proper documentation.
9. To ensure the timely availability of raw materials, spares and consumables.
10. To ensure AMC’s and warranties are utilized to max.
11. To control the Inventories in stores and warehouse by following Just in time.
Responsible for Production & Manpower planning in Packing, Losses control, Warehouse & Dispatches monitoring, Maintenance, Packing material stores, Safety, Efficiency, Productivity, Inventory Management & Legal compliance.
Managing all the Product Packing activities, Manpower Management, Product and Packing material Loss Control, Spares Management, Ensuring the Packing material availability and planning the Packing activities according to that. MIS Reports generation besides BRC, HACCP and ISO Documentation .
Responsible for the line efficiency as well as quality of the beer, which should get maintained during the packing process. Loss control (Beer, Packing material, Lubricant, Glass breakage and utilities related to Packaging). Implementing PM schedule besides trouble shooting and online maintenance. Break down analysis in 5Y method, preventive actions on market complaints and manpower control. Updating records to meet the MEP and IQMS requirements.
Monitoring all the filling lines including the ‘Aquafina’ and ‘Slice’ filling, Monitoring PET bottle blow molding. Manpower management, trouble shooting. Aimed to get maximum production productivity, Line efficiency and Syrup yield. Rejections and breakage control and priorities to maintain personnel hygienic and good house keeping.
Production planning as per dispatch schedule, Monitoring Cylinder filling process, product loss control, cryogenic liquid decantation, weekly and monthly reports preparation, internal and external audit preparations, hazard identification, conducting training classes on S&ES chapters, SOP’s and SMP’s implementing in adherence to the company’s safety policies and procedures.
