Provide L2/L1 Support for Network Implementation/Integration/Troubleshoot/Operation & Maintenance of Oriental Bank of Commerce Data Centre Project.
•Hand on experience of Cisco Switches (Nexus 9504, 9396, 3426, 4503, 3560, 3850, 2960), Cisco Router (7609, 2801, 1921, 1841) and Cisco ASA 5540 & Source Fire 8350/IPS 4270.
•Primary responsibility includes configuring, managing, troubleshooting and maintaining end to end network connectivity in multi-vendor environment.
•Provide Support for Data Centre Migration with existing and new network topology according to client requirement for Zone base.
•Receive calls from customers and work trouble tickets to resolve customer escalated network and security issues.
•Implement new and proposed rack Diagram, Connectivity Diagram as per devices optimization operation and differentiate server as per security zone.
•Working with NOC, SOC and Server team while implementing any change in a customer Network.
•Have strong understanding on Switching Protocols (STP, VLAN, VTP, HSRP, VRRP), etherchannel, Routing Protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, RIP, IS-IS, BGP), MPLS, ACL, QoS and Network & Device Management.
•Implementing VLAN/VTP, STP/PVST+, Ether Channel, L3, L2 switching, Policy based routing, Inter-Vlan routing, trunking and HSRP in core switches for the router redundancy.
•Maintain incident tracker for different type of issue (Network/Storage/database).
•Improving the overall technical experience of users for the service and ensuring customers get equitable and reliable services.
•Complete understanding and deployment of network elements with multiple banking applications Server Connectivity.
•Planning network solutions as per customer requirements.
•L2 Call Resolutions i.e. calls which are beyond pure connectivity.
•Providing technical assistance, Troubleshooting and Application fine tuning.
•Analyzing customer issues and suggesting further modifications.
•Ensuring the quality of overall L1 call resolution through random checks and audits.

•Worked on 3750, 3600, 2600 series routers and Catalyst 3560/2960 switches.
•Have knowledge of TCP\IP, EIGRP, OSPF, RIP, VLAN, VTP, STP etc.
•Configure & Troubleshoot Multiplex Software (Vista, ShowBizz, Mplex Master ) PineLabs EDC Machine, HP Thin Client, POS, Kiosk.
•Worked with Qube Cinema Hardware RAID Server, Barco Digital Cinema Projector, QSC Digital Cinema Audio Controller, Honeywell Digital Video Recorder & CCTV camera, Vintage Access Control Machine.
•Expertise in the implementation of analysis, optimization, troubleshooting and documentation of LAN networking systems.
•Provide ongoing maintenance for LAN/WAN hardware/software, appliances, and vendor coordination.
•Troubleshooting and application support to internal clients
