My duties and responsibilities cover HR, Legal & ISO functions:
• Select candidates to interview, conduct interviews and recommend them for appointment
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, Memos, Disciplinary actions, etc
• Conduct Performance Appraisal & Recommend personnel for increments keeping in mind Company policy
• Schedule the Annual Leave Calendars, Training Calendar etc
• Check the Time-sheets, Payrolls, etc
• Make the personnel aware of their rights as well as make suggestions and recommendation to the Management on how personnel involvement can be improved
• Obtain and provide Managing Partner with weekly activity report covering all spheres of business - Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR & Stores
• Ensure apt collection from debtors or initiate legal action where necessary and for this purpose liaise with Lawyers Office
•Draft & review contracts & agreements such as MoU, Service contracts etc
• Ensure that the IMS Policy is updated and the company works towards Continual Improvement
• Represent the Company for ISO Audits by Certification Body & ensure the Company passes the audits with no/minor NC’s
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis of issues and find Corrective or Preventive Actions.
-Legal Consultation on General areas of Law such as Labour Law, Cheque cases etc
-Drafting and reviewing of Contracts and other Documents

-Reporting
Advanced Diploma in HR Management certified by Academia College of London, accredited by UAE Ministry
