Company is a specialist contractor for Passive Fire proofing, Fire stop works for MEP Penetrations and Construction Joints, Water proofing, GRP Lining & Epoxy coating works. Technical Sales Engineer ( Generating Enquiry, to get Pre-Qualification & Material approval, Quote submission & Finalisation)
• Generating new potential leads from market.
• Regular follow up with potential customers by providing technical solutions.
• PQ Preparation, Submission & its approval.
• Material Submittal preparation & Approval
• Method Statement, ITP, Risk Assessment Preparation & approval.
• Negotiation & Rate finalization.
• To attend and get mockup approved from consultant
• To claim variation if situations difer from agreed contract terms & conditions.
• To attend any technical issues that may arise and to provide its solution.
• To ensure payments are made by customer and to follow up if delay arises.
• To attend civil defence inspections and to ensure its approval
• Final handing over of project to customer and to build relation for future correspondence.
• Carry on healthy relations with every personnel.
