Collecting end user requirement and providing adequate solution for improving the operational & business process.
Involved in UAT & training for the any new changes which need to incorporate into system.
Prepare FRS & BRP documentation for any new business changes.
Gathering critical information from meeting with various stake holders and providing a solid solution for all challenges.

Prepare Business Process Document as per client business workflow
Understand technical and clinical process required to effectively support and collaborate with internal team
Provide system knowledge transfer and training to client team or end users
Deploy the system at the client site and perform system acceptance testing with client
Import the existing/old data to new system as provided by client
Collaborate directly with client to produce solutions for current and future business needs
Support client through go-live process and play key role in promoting solution adoption

Work closely with development and operation support team to ensure escalated issue from user end
Maintain accountability for an issue until service restored
Document and follow-up of customer suggestions for continue improvements of internal systems and products
Serve as a liable between end user, subject matter experts and functional support as per the requirement or business work flow
Involved in System Study and Gap Analysis during client visit
Customization and Requirement gathering as per client business work flow
Documenting finding of analysis and preparing recommendations for implementation of new systems
Involved in testing functionalities to ensure they match the requirement specifications
Provide end/key user training of Backbone workflow
Data migration support from existing platform to Backbone application
Quality assurance through optimized testing
Ensuring zero tolerance for any policy issues encountered
Act as L2 analysis in trouble shooting and coordinating with offsite development team for quicker and permanent fix of operational issues
Development of local MIS reports as per instruction of onsite lead
Deploy latest patches/version in to production servers
