Job Responsibilities: As a Snr. Project EHS Engineer
• ENOC is one of the government clients in the field of Oil/Refinery/Petrochemical sector as a Snr Site Safety officer want to perform over all in the site action.
• Directs, coordination and supervises the activities of the Safety Section of the Health Safety Environment and Fire Department to ensure the provision of personal safety training and advice staff to minimize accidents and incidents
• Directs, supervises and controls the activities of assigned personnel and contractors, including allocating work and determining priorities.
• Performing supervisory functions and exercises financial authority at Section Head level as established by the Delegation of Authority Manual
• Ensuring the approval of all deviations from performance criteria for equipment critical to safety by supervising review and approval procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
• Providing safety expertise and support to Safety Section staff as required for the implementation of new products and processes.
• Ensuring KPI targets and results are communicated to Safety Section staff effectively.
• Ensuring the Safety Section participates in HAZOP studies across the Refinery.
• Planning, organizing, leading and managing all aspects of HSE Management System for the construction and maintenance of the Oil and Gas facilities.
• Supporting and enforcing the corporate HSE objectives and directives, and supporting and implementing the HSE management system
