Job description:
•Support to HR Manager on development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
•Assist with Payroll, Contracts, Attendance, Leaves, Final Settlements, etc.
•Actively involved in recruitment by drafting job descriptions, posting ads, shortlisting candidates and managing the entire hiring process (local & overseas recruitment)
•Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, health insurance, dependents, etc.)
•Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
•Communicate directly with CEO concerning HR and Administration issues.
