I am working in the IT department of Cleveland Bridge with the capacity of System Administration. This includes the scope of IT department support, operations, administration and proactive maintenance. Ensuring IT is aiding the company in its business processes in an efficient way according to defined SLAs by meeting OLAs.
I have kicked off many initiatives with the approval of IT Manager and converted ideas into actions.
Being in a leading position, also responsible for managing IT Department in the absence of IT Manager.

Job Description:
• Building, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Servers that includes; application servers, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, DC, ADC, WSUS server and File and Print Servers.
• Administration of Office365.
• Management of Virtual environment from VMware.
• Managing VMs backup from Veeam backup and solutions.
• Administrating Alcatel Omnix PBX System.
• Security monitoring on Sophos to identify any possible intrusions, its RCA and cleaning.
• Maintaining network security from cloud-based Sophos Anti-Virus by applying security policies.
• Performing operations on Firewall, Email Protection and Web Filtering on Sophos UTM as per need.
• Troubleshooting, maintaining and administrating designs/drawing related applications such as Tekla, Staad Pro Bentley and other administrations ERPs StruMis and CostPoint applications.
• Client end support and troubleshooting.
• Preparing documents and communicating with technical and non-technical staff.
• Developing and implementing IT Policies and procedures throughout the organization with the help of IT Manager.

Key Accomplishment:
- Audit the Active Directory (delegate rights for Password reset, unlock, domain joining user, Organized objects in OU)
- Enabled ITIL framework process SKMS utilizing the knowledge base in Spiceworks.
- Restructured the centralized Softwares Repository on NAS by meeting the standards of DML, compliance with SACM process of ITIL.
