As an overall custodian of the INTECH brand and reporting directly to President & CEO, my main job responsibilities include:

• Lead and support Global Sales Teams in the development and implementation of key brand awareness & brand recognition programs in line with territorial business strategy. These programs include trade shows, promotion programs, target account programs, sales collateral, training materials and other tools required for execution of growth objective while adapting to local market needs. Successful execution of coherent and impactful campaigns played a pivotal role in achieving INTECH’s Highest Ever revenues (12% growth over last year) for 2014-15
• Strategize, launch and execute digital marketing initiatives including search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, content development & marketing through partnerships with renowned Oil & Gas industry magazines, campaign landing page development and marketing automation. This also includes designing and creating reporting dashboards and custom reports analyzing digital channels’ performance in order to deliver continuous improvements. Effective digital channels’ management employing Guerrilla Marketing promotion strategy has resulted in improving user experience, driving customer engagement, organic SEO worth US$ 4, 500 per month, generating quality business leads worth more than US$ 7.5 million and bottom-line US$ 150, 000 in revenues for 2015-16
• Provide strategic direction for Global Product Management in INTECH’s product portfolio. This includes competitive analysis, product definitions, forecasting, promotion, market access planning & development, and product life cycle management. Effective product management resulted in increasing revenues for the newest product category (Advance Software Solutions) by an average 300% while posting Highest Ever revenues in fiscal year 2015-16
• Design, plan and execute market research studies and other marketplace intelligence to deliver insights and implications to business stakeholders for informed decision making and drive efficiencies, revenue & profitability growth. Developed a Comprehensive Analysis Framework with all key dimensions such as Oil & Gas verticals, applications, products, territories, accounts, Capex/Opex spend, competitors, vendors/supply chain, revenue, profit margin etc. to drive strategic and tactical business decisions
• Provide support to regional business units heads for the continuous improvement of business and sales operations processes through platforms/tools that drive sales effectiveness. This includes design, development and launch of Sales Force Effectiveness Improvement initiative targeted to improve Sales Talent Management, Account Planning & Strategy, CRM Adoption Rate and Collaboration among global sales teams by sharing best practices
• Marketing budget setting and control, including measurement and return on investment
