› Working as a Facility Engineer at Riyadh Bus Project, responsible for all the Community Bus stops, BRT stations,
and eight Bus terminals, including Park and ride for metro stations.
› Responsible for MEP systems, PPM, Corrective maintenance through Maximo & Aconex, Audits, and reporting to
RCRC.
› Accountable for the safety and security of the facilities, including compliance and understanding of risk, reporting,
and governance processes, ensuring that these are fully applied, complied with, and adhered to.

and corrective maintenance and minor modification works.
› Provide support, guidance, and system assurance on the engineering and maintenance works of buildings &
structures, cleaning, and landscaping.
› Conduct a condition assessment of facilities and assets and prepare a report detailing actions and
recommendations. Work with the TFM contractors to develop Maintenance plans and operating procedures in
accordance with industry best practices, Operation and Maintenance manuals, and SFG20.
› Consult with clients, staff, and external consultants at all levels in matters relating to contract delivery.
› Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team
members to ensure the teams objectives and sales goals are met.
› Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desks productivity and
customer service.
› Monitoring the service providers KPI as per the contract.
› Monitored energy consumption and identified opportunities for cost savings and sustainability improvements.

› Manage the Operations Support department via direct line management of staff, coordination of related

Duties and Responsibilities:
› Oversee and direct day-to-day maintenance for managing two different clusters, Commercial & Residential.
› Supervising and monitoring the Technical team to manage, follow up and close work orders through Maximo of all
the Corrective Maintenance /Preventive Maintenance as per the SLA.
› Communicate and ensure alignment between all internal fit-out contractors and external stakeholders for normal
and district operations.
› Applied SFG20 Maintenance Codes and adhered to Internal Environmental Criteria, ensuring regulatory compliance
and sustainability in maintenance practices.
› Participate in technical evaluations for suppliers and issuance of RFPs.
› Establish and review the PPM checklist and plan according to the recommendation, manufacturer manual, and
breakdown review and analysis outcome.
› Issuance of PTW, Access permit for project team fit-out works and renovation works.
› Prepare and maintain the annual Spare parts and manage spare budget costs.
› Perform design review based on the designated code and standard coordinate maintenance activities and
operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
› Maintenance responsible for Transformers, RMU, MV switch gears, MDP, UPS, CBS & Lighting.

breakers, SF6 circuit breakers, Line isolators, Air Brake switches, current transformers, potential transformers,
Bus couplers, etc.
› Assist shift operators for issuing and cancelling permit works on 110KV, 66KV, 33KV & 11KV feeders.
› Operations on 110KV, 66KV, 33KV, & 11KV.
› Pulls the circuit breaker switch or pushes buttons to interrupt the flow of current in the disturbed line
preparatory to repair, and to connect the alternate circuit to carry the load of the energised lines.
› Observes switchboard instruments to detect indications of line disturbances such as grounded, shorted, or
open circuits
