Lead Parts Development and Procurement, to ensure timely development, Supply of Parts for achieving target production.
Set targets and Finalize automotive parts / vendors for local development to achieve maximum saving.
Responsible to negotiate price matters with vendors and approval taken from the management. Managing in‐time development of Sheet Metals, Plastics, Rubbers, Casted, Forged and Machined Parts of all models.
Duties include liaison with different vendors extended all over the country & abroad.
Provide technical assistance to them in the prompt and accurate development of Dies, Molds, CFC, Inspection, Welding Fixtures of Parts and the Production Enhancement.
Provide technical assistance to vendors in the comprehension of drawings, specifications, manufacturing processes, making of Bill of Material, Capacity planning and different types of tests.
Arrange & Provide technical literature for applicable tests and material standards to vendors.
Monitor the progress of all the under development parts and give prompt feedback to vendors and other team members for achieving targets.
Monitoring and updating the Engineering software according to our need.
Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with local vendors, different departments and parent companies.
Design and implement new formats and maintain the technical literature, drawings and standards in a proper filing system to maintain strict document and data control according to the requirement of TS 16949, I.S.O 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001.
Coordinate with quality assurance and production department for resolving critical matters.
Accomplish different research and development assignments.
Conduct in‐house training workshops in the form of class room presentations, group discussions and seminars.
Liaison with DENSO, TBJ, EDB and PRAL and other authorities for swiftly working
Assisting and supervising piston machining production facility.
Monitoring the manufacturing process during production on daily basis to ensure deliver of finish goods as per standard required customers on daily basis
Ensuring inprocess quality at production department
Ensuring “JUST IN TIME” strategy being followed Ensuring “FIRST IN FIRST OUT” strategy in the production department
Planning shutdown of shop for preventive maintenance
Validate all inspection sheets on daily basis of the production process
Verify Final inspection reports of daily inspection Perform Root Cause Analysis; take corrective and preventive actions on internal or external non‐conformance in products or processes.

Engineering Design, analyzing and development of plastic/sheet metal parts, Dies and Molds for OMAR JIBRAN/ADAM MOTOR COMPANY in CAD/CAM section using CAD/CAM/CAE/CAI Software ,
Scan & inspect parts checking fixtures using FARO ARM (3D SCANNER).
Work on digitized data using Creo2/ Creo1/Pro Engineer WF 5.
Development of complete detailed 2D/3D Drawings Operation and handling of CNC / conventional EDM machines
Designing of2D & 3D model and perform downstream development from tool path generation to pilot production runs.
