• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information residing in SAP systems through SAP functionality.
• Assist in definition of and the Standardization of all Master Material data to be cataloged, like New Item Creation for the spare and BOM creation.
• Ability to analyze potential impact on company systems and inform management of actions needed or other recommendations
• Responsible to link spare and Bill of Materials(BOM) to corresponding Equipment, for the new catalogue and not yet link to the equipment.
• Responsible in Handling over T&I material for all the awarded Contractor in T&I execution prior for the schedule given.
• Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.

• Responsible for the sales of professional services exclusively to the sales and marketing industry.
• Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
• Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
• Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
• Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

• Ensures good quality output based on defined parameters and control on-time delivery of products.
• Ensures production downtimes are properly recorded and attended.
• Perform minor toolset-up and machine adjustment.
• Take a lead role in improvement programs like SPC, TPM, and 5S.
• Reports to manufacturing supervisor and observe line abnormalities, whether it is machine, process or material.
• Assist other engineers (process, maintenance, IE) during evaluations.

• Prepare and monitor the machines’ required spare parts and tools.
• Make sure that all instruments use are calibrated and properly maintained.
• Initiates and implements ways on how to improve the machine performance through equipment or process modifications.
• Support other production area as deemed necessary by manufacturing supervisor.
• Escalate problem(s) encountered to manufacturing supervisor.
