Developed business for the greenfield port by introducing coal and coke imports. Achieved year on year cargo throughput across all dry bulk commodities including ores, limestones, bauxite, sugar, fertilizers and other agri-bulk commodities. Played a pivotal role in setting up operations for handling dirty bulk at Jaigarh terminal. Reduced pre-berthing delays and achieved zero handling losses. Organized and hosted trade meets every year.
