• Individually assigned for handling 15 tanks (Naphtha, Gasoil and Kero Tanks) under my
supervision
• Assessing the quality and quantity of cargos handled and stored in tanks
• Involved in field supervision, Pipeline preparation pre n post receiving/discharging, Pigging
operations and other alter operations stripping pipelines and handling nitrogen unit and Fire
station systems.
• Supporting in Future Projects and maintenance operations.
• Tank Inspection, preparing maintenance action plans and posting safety observation reports
• Follow-ups on Work permit and JSA reviewing
• Procedure write-up for modification and implementation -

• Assisting shift in charge in pre-commissioning and commissioning of product tanks and associated
facilities during modification and Implementation.
• Shift field officer management
• Daily stock report preparation
• Tank preparation for Receipt and dispatch as per IOCL plannings
• Work permit review and endorsement for all jobs during shift hours
• Operation parameter monitoring in DCS and Tank level/Stock monitoring in TFMS
• Managing South Oil Jetty Asset Data import, Documentation, FMECA of assets for INFOR
through EAM 11.3. 1
• JSA preparation and LMRA at site for critical activities
• Monitoring of all safety equipments through ESD, FSDS, Rim seal fire protection system
SCADA
• Assessing the quality and quantity of cargos handled and stored in tanks
• Emergency Incident handled-
◦ Sulphur insulated line fire
◦ Loc and Date- Sulphur Pump house, 5th
◦ RCA- Pyrophoricity due to Hydrogen sulphide

• Terminal activities related to delivery/discharge of Jet A1, Naphtha, Motor spirit, HSD, Reformate
SKO and PCK
• Water Draining and Tank recirculation before dispatch
• Cargo pigging and empty line pigging operation
• Tank gauging, Product Sampling, lining up, Multi pumps operations, Molten Sulphur loading and
Propylene tanker unloading operations, Operations fire protection system, Blinding/DE blinding
• Reporting Unsafe condition and acts as per safety observation report and field rounds
