Procurement of spares and consumables for FM team including all building

Handled all required documentation for 2 internal audits, 3 MCC, 2 ADHICS & 2
HAAD audits in Abu Dhabi clinics and pharmacies

Handled the whole supply chain workflow for repairs & maintenance spares,
tools and consumables- RFQ, preparation of CST, techno-commercial
comparison, raising and approving E-Capex budgeting, preparation of purchase
orders, receipt of invoice, GRN creation
Coordination with AMC service providers and verification of periodic- monthly,
quarterly and annual service reports
Coordinated with finance team to book costs and provisions for month-end
operations

Prepared daily schedules for MEP technicians based on site-wise tickets
Arranged gate pass, mall and building permits based on site-requirements
Updated daily productivity and ticket details on ticketing portal

Material Estimation for fire sprinkler systems
