 Detailed engineering, system engineering, instrument sizing, and preparation of instrument data sheets, specifications, layouts, loop drawings & logic diagrams.
 Managing installation, erection & commissioning of equipments / process instruments.
 Maintain, modify & develop logic programs & mimic screen on SCADA platform & have experience on data transfer from different platforms through PLC etc.
 Prepare drawings & documents required for implementing SCADA related jobs.

 Planning, scoping, estimation, tracking & implementation of project plans within preset annual capital / revenue budgets and deadlines and coordinating projects for the set up facilities
 Identifying cost effective vendors for various inputs in projects and procurement of material after determining quality and ensuring adherence to pre-set standards.
 Inventory management, procurement of spares for installed instrumentation, and New capital item procurement for new schemes as part of modification.

 Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time/ reliability; thereby accomplishing planned production targets.
 Proactively identify areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
 Preparing maintenance schedules, conducting regular calibrations to ensure the performance capacity of various process control equipments
