at Dow RO Membrane plant, I joined DOW RO Membrane Plant as Membrane Operation team Leader, I was the part of team for the initial pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup activities and done pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup and Plant qualification of DOW RO Membrane Plant and then worked as Lead Technician.
Job Role and Responsibilities: -
•Provides leadership and direction in the day to day decision making for the operating area of responsibility, and monitors and intervenes with plant operators to meet quality and production targets.
•Participates in Management of Change Reviews.
•Works with the plant operators and Quality Coordinator to ensure that the products being fabricated conform to the manufacturing Specifications.
•Participates in Root Cause Investigations and advanced trouble shooting and coaches others to learn these skills.
•Monitors machine performance and of work team performance. Enhances performance through coaching, training gap analysis and communication of expectations.
•Works with Plant Process Control Coordinator to ensure process automation is fully optimized for the equipment.
•Participates in advanced trouble shooting and coaches others to learn these skills.
•Supports operators and technical advisors in procedure usage, creation, reviews, updates and approvals when assigned.
•Supports new product manufacturing capability and new product qualifications.
•Communicate technical information and issues to plant personnel,
•Able to effectively lead optimization activities and ongoing process improvement initiatives, including projects for EHS compliance, reliability, capacity, process consistency, quality and cost reduction.

•Shift take over - review with outgoing shift lead Technician the activities of the previous shift such as deviations from normal operating standards, gas flow and pressure variations etc. to ensure that continuing problems are handled as necessary.
•Review log book from previous shift to determine condition/status of plant.
•Ensure all checklists and SOP’s are followed and filled.
•Calculate material requirements or yields according to formulas.
•Communicate daily performance reports within the team and management
•Review and update SOP’s as per respective frequency.
•Managing shift operator positions and rotations and their vacations.
•Raising work orders in SAP System for maintenance work and issue Safe Work Permits.
•Ensure 100% record of production report, Quality Windows data, reliability report

I have worked experience as a plant operator in following fields and sections,
•Ammonia recovery Unit.
Ammonia recovery through periling and distillation bubble cap column to get ammonia from the system according to standard Solvay Ammonia Process.
To check time-to-time samples, parameters to maintain process according to SOP.
•Ammonia Absorber.
To absorb ammonia according to standard process requirement, and deliver to further sections for further processes
•Brine Purification Plant.
The objective of the brine purification is to remove all the undesirable impurities from the crude brine such as sulfates and chlorides of calcium and magnesium, bicarbonates of calcium and magnesium.
