The group is involved in variety of activities mainly Car Dealership, Real Estate, Insurance. Being a part of core management team of Real Estate Division I'm looking after the retail / rental property (commercial & residential)

Responsibilities:
1. Operational exposure of Real Estate (Arrangements for renting out vacant shops, commercial offices & residential units, Customer dealing, supplier dealing and directing caretakers for activities in relation to operational issues)
2. Sending offer letter to tenants and preparing their tenancy Contracts for new and old tenants (Renewal); once they have signed offers.
3. Coordinating with Retail Delivery team and tenant in order to open the shops on time.
4. Negotiating with the new tenant when renting retail, commercial and residential properties.
5. Follow up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into the relevant system.
6. Organises the payments document and forward it to the clients along with the Lease agreement so as to receive the payment along with the signed agreement signifying the acceptance of the clients.
7. Responsible to register Tenancy contracts in Ejari.
8. Upon receipt of the signed agreement along with the payment, obtains the signature of the authorized signatory of the company, as per the DOA in order to authenticate the deal and completes filing procedures for the purpose of record and subsequent contract administration.
9. Preparing refunds for the tenant who leave the premises before their contract expires.
10. Preparing documents for taking legal action against tenants who did not pay on time and taking follow up of the legal actions from lawyers.
11. Dealing with different Maintenance companies for annual maintenance contracts
12. Liaising with the marketing division on marketing issues and arranging for advertisements and other marketing material as required.
13. Preparation of different types of reports such as rental income, expiry report of the tenancy contracts, rent survey report, occupancy report & etc.
14. Handling all PDC cheques and taking proper follow-up from customers for the new cheques against cheques return and forwarding to accounts.
15. Maintaining petty cash
