•o In process checks and inspections of Sheathing line, Stranding line & Buffering line.
o Have good proficiency in optical testing of Fiber (Optical Attenuation, CD/PMD, MFD, Cutoff Wavelength and Geometry Measurements).
o Hands on experience of using equipment’s used for optical measurement Power Meter, VFL, Geometry (PE FG 500HR-3, WS500MFD, CURL500). CD/PMD (PK2800), OTDR (EXFO FTB 400/500, JDSU MTS6000, Anritsu MT9083A)
o Have a good knowledge and understanding of Optical Fiber types and Optical Fiber Cables construction and designing.
o Hand on experience of using splicing machines FSM Fujikura 50s, 60s, 80s.
o Have good proficiency in Mechanical & Environmental Testing of Optical Fiber Cable like Temperature Cycling Test, Tensile test, Crush test, Torsion test, Bend test, Impact test, Abrasion Test, & Repeated bending test.
o Ensure Material Quality checking and compliance with quality parameters.
o Prepare vendor documentation like ITP, DATA Sheet, VDRL, FAT Procedures, IRN, IRC, MRB, compliance etc. for different ongoing projects with ADNOC Archirodon, Etisalat, Target Engineering, DEWA, FEWA, SEWA, China Energy, China petroleum, ELMEC, TAMAS (DOT), MIFON KSA and some other major companies.
o Coordination with clients for pre-inspection meetings and Factory Acceptance Testing.
o To ensure proper filing, indexing, storage, retention and disposal of controlled and in process documents /records.
o Prepare NCR’s in case of any non-conformity and take corrective and preventive actions for non-conformity.
o Provide In-House trainings for employees related to ISO documentations and Equipment Handling operations.
o Supervision of Testing and installation activities of OSP OFC (Project Design and Construction of KIZAD Gas Network - Phase 1) ALNASR/ADNOC.
o Supervision of Testing and installation activities of OSP OFC (171W2020- Transmission Pipeline DN1600 DI from Khuraijah New WDC To Al Hello WDC) ALNASR/FEWA/Etihad Water & Electricity.
o Support production and material planning as per the existing approved work orders to meet the production & quality targets.
o Planning and prioritizing orders to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
o Create and implement tools that measure accuracy and errors in materials plan and proactively develop techniques to improve the plans.
o Accessing the daily requirements of the materials and coordinate with procurement team.
o Prepare Material Submittal Documents as per project specified format.
o Prepare and develop material submittal process within the organization.
o Develop and maintain the submittal logs and documents for the project.
o To ensure the accurate execution of the daily schedule.
o Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
o OFC production planning and OFC materials calculations
o R&D on Fibers and Cables.
o Implementation of material saving techniques for cable production without quality compromises.
o Cables customizations to be cost competitive.
o Cable production plants evaluation and customization
o Reporting and developing KPIs to ensure quality with efficient production
o Implementation of appropriate SOP’s that are developed and maintained for plant operations including production and Quality Assurance.
o Analysis of quality reports for improvement in production parameters, quality SWOT analysis and Production Unit Performance
o Managing and supervision of field teams for jointing/testing activities.
o Proficient in Human Resource management for OFC production
• Maintenance and trouble Shooting of Avionics
System.
• LRU’s & SRU’s level testing on STTE.
• Development & trouble shooting of Testers &
harnesses.
• Lab Operation Task & trouble shooting.
• Splicing and testing of Optical Fiber Cable used for
different type of testers within the Lab.

o Implementation of all OSP work as per defined standards.
o Customer’s Pre-Acceptance Test.
• Working on SAP Business One Software.
• Prepare control documents according to approved
procedure & distribution.
• Working on ISO Documentation.
• Documents are properly approved prior to issue.
• Documents are available at the appropriate
locations.
• Changes to documents are properly authorized and
indicated.
• To ensure that documents are reviewed, updated as
necessary, and re-approved, as per
recommended procedure.
• To ensure proper filing, indexing, storage, retention
and disposal of controlled documents / records.
• Releases on SAP.
• Working on SAP Business One Client Software.
• Batch releases on SAP with warranty.
