6. Controlling and updating the ship fit defination.
7. Carrying out change management initial study and controlling Alteration and Additions onboard ships
8. Managing A team of maintainers to carry out Planned, preventive, condtional and corrective maintenance

Responsible for developing Fleet Availability Management program for ships to achieve 85% availability.

Carrying out configuration audit of ships and developing exact ship fit definitions.
Developing ILS system and through life supportability program for the entire fleet of different navies and para-military forces in the gulf region.

Developing Maintenance Management System for UAE Navy & Critical National Infrastructure Authority (CNIA).

Provide technical assessment and give engineering solution to cater for the obsolescence.

Also performing additional duties of Quality Engineer to set up policies and procedure for the company.

Responsible for Safety, Health and Environment issues and their corrective and preventive actions.

Responsible for all modification Alterations and Additions onboard PN ships and submarines which include its technical assessment, authorize spare supportability, control its implementation, and coordinate with OEM and other agencies.

Coordinator for all activities of Naval Configuration Management Authority (NCMA) at Naval Headquarters.

Define and process all activities of ILS

Responsible for professional training of WE officers and staff

Overseer to Indent preparation and assessment and Technical scrutiny of offers against IT.

Manage and control all contracts made for ships and submarines

Carried out Configuration of Chinese origin missile boats (First ever in PN) and developed Configuration Management Documents.

Developed Maintenance Management System for Chinese and Holland origin oil tankers and missile boats

Develop and forecast Logistic requirement of Ships and submarines.

Carried out Configuration Audit of PN ships and Agosta 90B submarines.

Defined PN requirements of Configuration, Maintenance and documentation for ILS system of newly acquired Chinese ships and Thai origin missile boats

Define PN requirements for the development of technical/operational/installation manuals meeting international defense standards

Responsible for training of all HR on configuration, maintenance management and ILS in NCMA

Setup Configuration Management Authority and develop its policies and procedure.

Carried out verification of technical manuals according to defense standards.

Instruc Instructor to undergraduate and post graduate officers at Pakistan Naval Engineering College (PNS JAUHAR). Instructor on radar, sonar, electronic warfare and microwave technologies.

Carried out sea tours onboard ship as Weapon Electrical Officer onboard brooks class destroyer & Chinese class patrol boats.

1. Responsible for all weapons, sensors communication equipment, power generation and distribution.
2. Manage and apply the preventive maintenance program on all machines and equipment to minimize problems and shutdown scheduling to ensure timely and appropriate solutions are adopted avoiding major breakdown.
3. Establish scheduling and recording system that will ensure accurate recording of production figures and stoppage analysis to make timely and precise reports for future planning.
4. Establish safe working procedures for all areas of operation in coordination and ensure its implementation to keep accident to the minimum and reduce downtime
