1. Preparing and analysing the financial statements (P&L report, balance sheet) of a subsidiary.
2. Assist in developing budgets (planned vs. actual, to analyse the past budgets of different departments, trends and have a closer audit if required).
3. Planning business plans for new products, with the coordination of the marketing manager, by setting scenario based analysis, and evaluating and following up on the gross margins and net margins.
4. Implemented an automated system of checking customers’ credit Limit and terms, and set their credit ceiling and terms based on statistical and quantitative methods.
5. Set the monthly collection target for pharmacy industry, and continuously applying strategies to enhance it, with coordination of sales manager and supervisors.
6. Worked on special projects:
• Implementing the capital budgeting process (evaluating between leasing the company’s delivery vans or buying them/ evaluating between outsourcing the “call center” service vs. having them in house).
• Working on the gross margins for products that will be offered for governmental tenders.
• Analyzing the monetary benefits of paying cash to company’s suppliers when it’s asked by them.
