Total Hardware & Software Management - Worked in the designing, procurement, installation, configuration and implementation of the SAARC Development Fund Total I.T. Solution in Bhutan. Monitored and lead the planning and implementation of timely additions, deletions and major modifications to the infrastructure.
Responsibilities: • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the SDF’s Hardware and Software infrastructure.
• Oversee troubleshooting, system backups, archiving, disaster recovery and provide expert support when and where necessary.
• Cisco 3800 series routers, Cisco ASA 5510 Firewalls configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and management. Sub netting, NAT Rules, Inside outside IP Network configuration, DMZ Zone formation, TCP/IP Configuration.
• IBM X Series server’s configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and management (Windows Server 2008 and Linux based Operating systems)
• Management of customized financial, HR, DMS and other software modules with proper replicating databases and backups.
• Network security, monitoring and management with respect to Software modules database, smooth running and confirmed replication.
• SAN & Storage management with Alias, Zones, Configs, RAID, Array, Hosts, Group Hosts and Mappings with FC Links. HBA installation and configurations.

• Expert in managing organizational IT infrastructure but not limited to networks, systems and cloud to ensure maximum uptime.
• Proficient in overseeing ERP and CRM systems—both customized and off-the-shelf.

Software Management - SAP GUI, Electronic Data Interchange and Communicate with Manufacturers and Vendors based in USA (HP, Cisco, Lenovo and IBM), ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), Manufacturer Mappings, Internal Software’s for daily EDI Feeds, Running Importers and Bid Management.
Responsibilities: • SAP GUI for Manufacturer, Vendor and Part creation, modification and deletion.
• EDI - Electronic Data Interchange with Manufacturers and Vendors through FTP, SAP and Oscar Importer Scheduled Executions.
• ETL - Extract, transform and then load data into SAP through Oscar production.
• Mapping - Extracting raw bulk files and Mapping with specific Manufacturer in Oscar System.
• Bid Extraction - Extracting Bid pricing files from HP, IBM and Lenovo Servers to Map them to specific Bid files in the system.
• Search Optimization for products using web crawlers and web extractors.

Web Management - Web Development experience for the website development and maintenance based in UK. Processing online transactions in SAP GUI. Information Technology Product Database Management for the website.
Responsibilities:
• Implemented HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP and SQL for Web site re-design and implemented successful Web Content Management.
• Produced mobile version of company website using XHTML Mobile Profile.
• Used XAMPP and Joomla platforms.

Network Management - Worked on the development of LAN for Atomic Research Nilore, Bahria University and UBL Plaza using Fiber optic Links.
Responsibilities:
• Worked with servers, systems, switches, cables, ducts etc to create LANS.
• Representing SIEMENS in their field surveys for LANS e.g. Air Force, Bahria University
• Worked in Field with laying of Optical fiber network in Nilore Atomic Research Institute.
