I am working as Finance Manager in BMW Mini & Rolls Royce Division, being premier and luxurious brands of automobiles world, represented by MYNM in KSA.
Following are the key responsibilities at MYNM:

1. Responsible to oversee finance and accounting operations.
2. Preparation of monthly management report packs and narratives, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports and providing follow-up and documentation for significant variances. Cash flow, cost control and profitability management.
3. Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the Finance Director; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status. Managing principal relationship, budget and credit limits.
4. Manage organizational cash flow, cost control and profitability.
5. Review and suggest improvements to the organizations policies for increased efficiency.

7. Facilitate the annual audit activities with internal and external auditors by coordinating provision of information required, clarifications required, etc. to ensure that the year-end audit package is accurate and complete.
8. Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual.
9. Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for pricing decisions and contract negotiations
10. Supporting Sales team in developing proactive sales and stock strategies.
11. Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
