• Delivering technical support to Shell T&T & GoM Deepwater assets in Production Technology and Well Integrity portfolio.
• Daily well performance analysis, production and well test monitoring, choke changeout activity, well intervention and post completion assessment.
• Well Integrity planning and management through eWIMS, Wellhead Integrity Testing (WIT), Subsurface Integrity Testing (SIT), subsidence measurements, annulus pressure monitoring and reviewing MAASP excursion events.
• Liaising with Well/CWI Engineers, EDM, G&G, RE and other discipline leads for close-up actions on the well handover delivery process. Conducting the Annual Well Reviews, supporting Reservoir Reviews & key WRFM practices.
• Reviewing the Up Hole Re-completion plans - perforation, acid stimulation, frac-pack and EoWR.
• Completion and production review of PCP wells. Reviewing the workover history and completion statuses via EDM.
• Reviewed the completion aspects, compatibility, design to operation report of CCS wells for Quest and Gorgon projects.
• Assisted and supervised well intervention operations on a 77 Ton company owned Workover Rig (Taylor C300): Wireline logging & perforation, bridge plug milling, packer setting, and well completion. Provide post job feedback to the head
• Assisted and provided technical support for a complex workover job. This included SIMOPS, bridge plug milling, fishing job, drilling of cement plug, well control, setting a mechanical packer and conduct acid stimulation.
• Collaborated as a wellsite engineer in coordinating the hydraulic fracturing jobs by Schlumberger and ONGC for deviated profile wells and conducting the flowback. Reviewing the End of Well Report and post treatment actions.
• Designated as the Night Company Man for upcoming drilling campaigns in Dholka & Wavel field. Studied and interpreted the preliminary well design & planning reports (Anti-collision & Directional Plan, GTO, wellbore equipments and costing).
• Supervised pressure pumping operations, sand washing, tubing integrity and pump testing during the workover jobs.
• Delivered technical support and on-site supervision in acid stimulation (Mud acid, ScaleMAT, and Nitrified Acid); hot oil circulation with mutual solvent, chemical dosing and steam stimulation jobs.
• Handled in-house preparation and maintenance of various tools (Rod pumps, TAC, Bridge Plug, Packers and Gas Gun).
• Planning slickline jobs (Scraping, EMG tool run) and carrying out build-up (PBU) study, providing feedback in DCA.
• Acquiring fluid level & Dynacard survey by Echometers well analyzer, checking wellbore influx and performance of DF engine & electrical drive SRP wells and suggesting cost optimization activities within the efficient operational conditions.
• Analyzing well performance based on the well parameters and production trends, evaluating the scope of optimization and suggesting workover candidates. Implementing best field practices and troubleshooting wellbore issues.
• Preparing and reviewing the operations report, reviewing the end of well reports and lessons learned, FDP & well history reports, completions design & wellbore integrity assessment, and provide feedback for the scope of work.
Onsite engineer of PMI and Drilling Control Room Team at RJ-ON/6 Jaisalmer site, I was involved in the following activities:
• Real time monitoring of Drilling/MLU operations, assisting workover, wellbore interventions and parameters reporting.
• On-site exposure to slickline/wireline, KERUI N2 booster unit, TRICAN Acid/Frac stimulation, CTU, e-line, TCP and SJP jobs.
• Maintained the wellbore schematics as per the execution in the Workover jobs.
• Well performance analysis and production trends generation using OFM*.
