Role: Part of Restaurant Solutions Group Operations handling projects portfolio for nearly 120 stores with a turnover of 500+ cr. Responsible to drive the Projects on QSC, customer satisfaction, employee commitment, increased sales and profit, cash-flow and market share.
• Providing strategic consulting and tactical recommendations for the annual operations plans for the market as part of the 3 year planning.
• Partners with department functional heads and market representatives (e.g., Marketing, Development, HR, Accounting) and other departments to identify best practices and align strategies to optimize region potential.
• Responsible to improve the Sales/Profitability and for Organisation P/L
