Recruitment & Selection
• Development of staffing plans with Business Heads in accordance with approved headcount limitations.
• Responsible for timely recruitment & retention of employees to support business growth.
• Empanelment of Manpower Consultants & liasioning with them for Manpower requirements.
• Managing a team of contract staff responsible for sourcing resumes.
• Head hunting, sourcing of profiles from references, job portals and managing direct walk in resumes.
• Inform applicants about job duties, responsibilities, pay, benefits, hours, working conditions, Company policies and other related information.
• Short listing of candidates, conducting HR round, salary negotiations, back ground verifications, following up for joining dates, communication with business for fitment and salary, pre-employment medical checkups.
• Offer Letter generation and updating the recruitment MIS trackers to the Corporate Office.
• SPOC of buddy referral drive across my sector.
• Managing employee referral portal (RACE) and Internal Job Posting (IJP) on the intranet site (www.gnet.co.in).
Generalist HR
• Following up with Line Managers for Confirmations.
• Implementing different OD Initiatives on regional level.
• Issue of Re designation letters, transfer letters and updation of MIS.
• Handling employee queries on different issues.
• Liaison with PF and Labour offices on various statutory issues.
