• Government of Maharashtra has set up Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Ltd. to integrate the Operation and Maintenance of all Metro corridors under one authority.
• Creating frequency-dependent, asset-specific preventive maintenance schedules and plans for all E&M assets based on scope of the planned maintenance, physical locations of the asset and time available to complete the maintenance as per contractual information (Annual Maintenance Plan).
• Updating equipment information, equipment maintenance history and tracking warranty information in Asset Management System.
• Monitoring, Proposing and initiate proven engineering considerations to maximize the asset lifecycle and sustainable asset maintainability, reliability and availability.
• Liaising with The Training Section for development of staff training plans and materials.
• From time to time conducting comprehensive technical review of standard operating procedures, standards, checklists and all other documentation related to all E&M assets and processes ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Conducting regular meeting with Suppliers and Maintenance contractors to analyze faults trends and discussing on how to mitigate the failure.
• Conducting system checks on site as part of Testing and Commissioning, before taking over of the equipment.
• Analyzing RCA reports, provided by the contractors and giving appropriate feedback.
• Preparing RAMS report and System wise Performance Analysis.
• Supporting senior managers in the development of contract Evaluation & Vendor finalizing for the EM systems.
• Safeguarding the company’s interests by reviewing all contractual and legal documents.
• Clarifying goals with all interested parties.
• Evaluating the needs of customers and clients.
• Ensuring that personnel have access to all Company Policy & Procedure Documentation.
• Regularly monitoring the performance of contracted services to ensure services are effective.
• Perform RCA for breakdown at the site and recommend plans to reduce or effectively turnaround enquiries.
• Capability to identify, manage & develop resources for maximum performance.
• Ability to compile & analyze Key Performance Indicators(KPI).
• Preparation of maintenance plan and execution as per work instruction & SOP’s to maintain the RAMS.
• Executing and supervising the maintenance of Electro-Mechanical system which includes following equipments :
Fire Protection System, Fire Detection System, FAAST system, Lifts, Escalators, HVAC, MVAC,
Access Control System, Building Management System, Lighting system, DG set, LV System, UPS.
• Testing and Commissioning of all Electro-Mechanical System equipments before taking over for operation.
• Providing training to company employees on Fire Fighting.
• Develop database, regular entry in MIS and monitor the achievement through SAP. (Maintenance Management Information System).
• Preparing Routine Maintenance Plans, Roster for Engineers and technicians.
•Testing and Commissioning of all Electro-Mechanical System equipments before taking over for operation.
•Executing and supervising the maintenance of Electro-Mechanical system which includes following equipments :
HVAC, MVAC, Fire Protection System, Fire Detection System, Lifts, Escalators, Access Control System, Building Management System, Lighting system, DG set, LV Switchgear and Panel, UPS.

Platform Screen Doors, Fire Protection System, Fire detection system, Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), Tunnel Ventilation System, Lighting, LV (Low Voltage Power) Systems, Automatic Sliding Doors, Escalators, Elevators.
•Knowledge and hands on experience of Building Management System of Metro Rail Stations, Car Parks and Depot by the Honeywell, TREND and Rockwell Automation systems. Also got hands on Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of the control systems for the Tunnel Ventilation Systems by Rockwell Automation - Allen Bradley Systems.
•Active involvement in the testing and commissioning of Tunnel Ventilation Systems, HVAC Systems, Platform Screen Doors(PSD) during the final handover of the RED Line and Green Line Metro.
•Active involvement in the DLP inspection, representing the Serco and also from the Client end for various systems like the TVS, LV, HVAC, FPS.
Worked as a Trainee Line Operator on DVD Manufacturing Machines in Production Department.
Involved in maintenance and process stabilization of DVD Manufacturing Machines.
Also have operational experience of Injection Moulding Machines.
