• Responsible for analyzing, designing and developing the software. It was designed using object oriented technology.
• N level architect was used to design the software (Security layer, Presentation layer, Business logic layer, Common layer, Database layer).

• Wrote twenty two crystal reports for this project.
• Implemented this software in Bahrain, Iran (Three location in Iran), UAE (Jumbo), Qatar and Oman. Software was implemented in more than 18 country including Middle east and Africa.

• Supported and troubleshooted daily issue faced by users.

 Repair or Service Jobs can be registered and estimates could be prepared.
 Parts availability could be find out in warehouse or nearby city.
 Purchase order, Goods Receipt, Delivery Receipt, Current Stock Report, Payment Invoices and Outstanding Payment Report could be generated.
 Application was mainly used by Customer Service, Technical Department, Spare Part Department, Warehouse and Supply Chain Department.
 Company could also define Master related information like price, model, category, product information as per its standards in the entire region.
 It helped in generating KPI for technician based on number repair job and time taken to complete repair jobs.
 It helped in inventory forecast and planning and was used in 240 service center across Middle East and Africa region.

• In charge of designing and developing the software.
• Property was used to get value of some parameter and written Event handler for handling the event of the components.
• Used Constructor for initializing class and all Access specifies like Private, Public, Protected, Friends.
• For Backend, ADO.NET was used for data connection.

• Customer could see all the insurance products online and could purchase Insurance policy online. They could also renew or increase cover in their existing policy.
• Customer could pay their premium online. Insurance agent also could purchase policy online and keep track of their commission online.
• Customer and Insurance agent could generate their statement online.
• CSRs could do multiple operations viz., creating the Policy, making claim or calculating premium.
• AIMS had facilities to define new policy and calculate discount.
