• Wrote twenty two crystal reports for this project.
• Implemented this software in Bahrain, Iran (Three location in Iran), UAE (Jumbo), Qatar and Oman. Software was implemented in more than 18 country including Middle east and Africa.

 Repair or Service Jobs can be registered and estimates could be prepared.

 It helped in generating KPI for technician based on number repair job and time taken to complete repair jobs.
 It helped in inventory forecast and planning and was used in 240 service center across Middle East and Africa region.

• Customer could pay their premium online. Insurance agent also could purchase policy online and keep track of their commission online.
• Customer and Insurance agent could generate their statement online.
• CSRs could do multiple operations viz., creating the Policy, making claim or calculating premium.
• AIMS had facilities to define new policy and calculate discount.
