• Led successful partnership campaigns with market leading banks such as Emirates NBD, ADCB, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Mashreq and more and other partners like Cleartrip.ae, Careem, Wendy’s that garnered incremental sales of 30%
• Generated AED 16MN+ in revenue from points redemption programs through Loyalty Program Specific Partnerships like ADCB Touchpoints, ENBD Plus Points, Mashreq Salam Points, helped the bank to automate the redemption process at POS
• On-boarded all major banks including ENBD, Mashreq, ADCB on Flexipay extended 18/24 months EPP plan which generated additional income of AED 5MN+ in 2018
• Partnered with Loylogic to enable Pointspay as a payment mechanism accepting Etihad Guest Miles and Etisalat Smiles points as a payment method thus generating an incremental revenue of AED 250, 000 in first month of launch (December 2018)
• Led Successful campaign with Payit(Mobile wallet) generating AED 1 MN+ Sale and acquired new customers using Payit as a marketing tool
• Played a key role in Marketing campaign and partnerships during retail calendar dates for GITEX, DSF and used partnership of FAB and Payit as marketing tool to achieve desired objectives and revenue
• Launched the DG Member program which is a unique subscription model which helped increase customer loyalty and started an additional revenue stream. Share of revenue from these customers went up by 100%, 5000 new subscriptions added in 1st week of launch and ATV of these customers went up by 30%
• Successfully managed the AFC Asian cup sponsorship end to end including closure of agreement, using AFC as a marketing tool to promote the offering of Sharaf DG and to get brand support on additional margins and support on offers.
