Prepare Strength Calculation with use Compress 2014 Build 7400 Engineering Softwere & Making / Check With Use Autocad Softwere ( Design, Input , Replace, Change, Rapair From Data Sheet & Fabrication Drawing Of Our Client ( Consider for Internal / External Pressure & Temperature / Find out The Thickness used )
2. Make / Check / Review Fromula Excel softwere accordance reference is applicable and using for design boiler similar like ( ASME, API 650 & TEMA, etc )
3. Review, Calctulating, Revise And Compare Calculation Result & Fabrication Drawing for match Dimension in compliance with the applicable code
4. Consider all of part neither pressure part nor non pressure part like ( Lifting Lug, Nozzle, Anchor Bolt, Fondation, Tailing Lug, All of Type Support etc )
5. Assure against final calculation result for safe & satisfy
6. Analyse for the stress occured all of part of equipment
7. Check all of procedure and material usage
8. Ensuring That Material Purchased In accordance with Specification requirement and code
9. Full Responsible and Control / Monitoring to workshop for implementation to proper job fabrication.
