 Contribute to the preparation of project planning & tracking with the Planning team.
 Attend weekly construction and quality meetings with consultants and clients.
 Prepare and manage project handover documentation (Aconex User).

Consultant Project Engineer for Building Maintenance including Architect, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical work.
Weekly & monthly meeting with client & contractor.

Documents preparation & record: Project schedule, Current saving, Expected work schedule, BOQ Progress, Weekly & Monthly report etc.

 Worked with projects under RC, SEC, SA, SWCC, King Fahad Industrial Port,
Ministry of Finance, Ma’aden, Marafiq, King Faisal University, etc.
 Budgeting of Project after receiving PO, LOA & Contract documents.
 Plan the delivery of the project at hand, and Prepare work for the whole team.
 Collaborate with engineers & QC to determine the spec. of the projects.
 Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to
finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
 Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate cost.
 Ensuring the construction process starts and ends on time and meeting daily and
weekly deadlines. Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
 Always ensure quality construction standards & safety standards.

Site Fabrication & erection of Heavy steel structure as per IFC drawing.
* Installation of Grating & Handrails for the Structures.
* Preparation of WPS, Radiographic & Visual inspection of welding.
* Inspection of Sub contractor work as per client requirement.
* Preparation of material cutting plan prior to start fabrication.
* Billing of Client & sub contractor, Preparation of Inspection Report & DPR.

Work profile:
* Shop fabrication & site erection of tensile steel structure as per the detail
drawing for fabric canopy.
* Periodic maintenance of all machines related to fabrication like welding
machine, Plasma cutting machine, Gas cutting machine.
* Preparation of Daily progress report, Time sheet, Job Inspection, Check list
for welder, Fitter & Fabricator.
